Leonard Levin
Leonard "Lenny" Levin, 74, dearest son of the late Harry and Ruth, nee Shaffer; adored big brother and best friend of Janet (John) Waxman; cherished uncle of Holly Waxman, Jennifer (Fil Kirik) Korshak; sweetest great uncle to Cash, Quinn, and Coco. For 25 years, Lenny was a dedicated employee of Cook County's traffic court. In retirement, Lenny's joy was spending time with his family, playing with dogs, and participating in activities at Brookdale Assisted Living. Lenny was a kind, gentle soul who will be greatly missed. Private graveside service. Please attend via Livestream, Wednesday 2:00 PM. Lenny was an inspiration to all who knew him. I always admired how he persevered in every difficulty he faced. His sincerity and sweetness were genuine and his devotion to his family just beautiful to see. May his memory be for a blessing.
