We were majorettes together at Mount Pleasant. She was tall, statuesque and beautiful but her beauty was even more so on the inside with her gentle nature and kindness. I spoke with her several months ago after many, many years as we reminisced about high school. She will never be forgotten - ever. She touched us all, and now "Sandy" sings with the angels.
