I am a newer neighbor to the Glen, but live across the street from Peggy. I always enjoyed seeing her when we were each walking our dogs. Peggy always gave a warm smile and kind words. She was a bright light in the neighborhood.

"Rather than mourn the absence of the flame, let us remember how brightly it burned!" Peggy was our boys babysitter way back in the day. She was always so sweet, kind and pleasant. She handled our 4 young boys like a pro, and they adored her! Rest in peace dear one, as heaven just received an upgrade upon your arrival. All our love, Glen, Mimi, Quinn, Patrick, Michael and Ryan Wherfel

I live on the same street as Peggy and will truly miss her. I well remember her kindness and smile and her willingness to participate and add her special energy in our Forest Glen activities ....besides her delicious baked goods! Peggy has left a unique caring mark in this world and now she is at peace in the next. My condolences to her sister, family and friends. Francine in Forest Glen

My heart goes out to Peggy´s family and friends. She is one my sister Lori´s friends from SMC who made me laugh every time we´d visit. What a void the world now has!
