I have fond memories of Auntie Marion. When I was a little girl she would let me play with her costume jewelry. She would lead me to her bedroom and open her dresser drawer and I would organize all of the pieces by matching the earrings with the necklaces. That was so much fun. I´d be in there for an hour or more. It kept me well entertained. I also remember vacations and weekend trips to Bangs Lake in Wauconda, Illinois where she and Uncle Howard owned a summer cottage. We´d swim in the lake and play croquet on the lawn. I remember having toast for breakfast each morning. To this day the smell of bread toasting takes me back to those Summer visits.
