Although I do not know Mark as well as many of you, I feel I know Mark from our brief visits and through his Aunt Lee Anne. He was such an inspiration to so many people who knew him or knew of him. His life was short lived, yet he lived his life more fully realized and mindfully then most of us ever do. He touched our lives in how he fought everyday to be here and to be present. He taught us all how we should live life! He lived each day with courage and purpose and he knew how precious every day and every breath was. He lived in the moment and loved preciously. Dear Marcie, Steve, and Courtney my heart aches for you. Mark came into my life when he was so very young leaving footprints on my heart. There are no words for the feelings he left there. I choose to believe Mark is a new star in the sky reminding us he is safely home.

Having such a young life lost is heart breaking. I am terribly sorry to hear about Mark's death. Having a loved one fall asleep in death is one of the most difficult things to go through. "He gives power to the tired one And full might to those lacking strength" - Isaiah 40:29. During this difficult time may you have no problem going to Our loving Heavenly Father for strength.

My heart, although broken, is with all of you. I so admired Mark's stoic tenacity and his spunk. He was clever and funny. He will be sorely missed. Now we just have to remember that we have another angel watching over us.
