Mark Irwin Horwitz, 41. Beloved husband of Michelle nee Deacon. Loving son of Arlene and Wayne Horwitz. Cherished brother of Beth (Zachary) Davis and brother-in-law of David (Shannon) Deacon. Dear son-in-law of Robert and the late Julie Deacon. Fond uncle of Benjamin and Spencer Davis, Kate and Abby Deacon. Mark was an avid baseball player who loved playing with the Chicago North Men's Senior Baseball League. To keep everyone safe and healthy, the chapel service and interment are private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 525 W. Monroe St., Suite 1510, Chicago, IL 60661, www.nationalmssociety.org.
