Marshall was such a great human being. He was born to help everyone, because of him I still work for OSAD. He hired me without knowing me, but of course he trusted everyone. I still have a baby blanket his beautiful wife Pat made for my daughter 17 years ago!! It was a pleasure and an honor to work for such a great man. My deepest condolences to the family. May he Rest In Peace

Marshall hired me in 1976 and became a true friend. I admired his compassion, his love for his family, his intelligence and his work ethic. Great lawyer and great man. Peace and comfort to his wife and family.

Marshall was a mentor to beat all mentors. I thank him for teaching me to think critically and for instilling in me the passion to continue as a lawyer. He is missed.
