Mary Zilinsky Obituary

May 29, 1930 - June 13, 2023

Mary passed away peacefully having lived a beautiful long life full of adventure and surprise. Her dream was to be a test pilot but she chose a more daring life of wife and mother of six. She had an indelible spirit and loving heart. She was an avid reader, trusted friend, enjoyed traveling, gardening, a good laugh, chocolate, a manhattan, crossword puzzles, scrabble and Halloween.

A life well lived is a life that touches many hearts. Mary can be proud for she touched the hearts of many. Mary leaves behind her husband of 72 years, Robert F. Zilinsky; children: Michael (Deborah), Mark (Audrey), Patricia (Lee), Timothy (Chris), Karen Shea (Rick) & Lynn; grandchildren: MaryBeth Battalio (Jon), Luke, Tyler (Kaya), Cody (Jessica), Kirsten & Misia (Jake); and great granddaughter, Nora.

A celebration of Mary's life will be held in the near future.

Bob & family,
I was sorry to hear of Mary's passing. I will poass it along to the rest of our family.
I'm sure she will be greatly missed by all of you. Our hope is that you find comfort in all the good time she brought you.
I loved reading she wanted to be a test pilot. Your family is the most aviation filled family I know.
She's got her wings now and thats a good thing.
Sincerely,
The Dennis Parsons Family
