Mike was always one of our favorites and his passing came as a shock to us but not as much as to his family. He was a respectful young man and we will always remember him. You have a lifetime of memories to cherish and remember him by and we have to believe he will be with you all of your lives.

As a kid without any older brothers, I always looked up to my cousins, but especially my cousin Mike. He was a phenomenal athlete, fun to be around, and was always great to me...even though I was much younger than him. He taught me how to wash cars at the dealership, catch a baseball on the outside of my glove to turn double play (which blew my mind at the time), how to play pool, and many other things that I took for granted until a few days ago. I’d never refer to another man as a sweetheart but that truly was Mike. He was happy, kind, loving, and sweet. Mike and Carrie’s most impressive accomplishment is raising two amazing, loving girls. Mike probably coached over a thousand softball and soccer games for McKenna and Morgan and he loved every minute of it. Mike probably never realized how much people truly loved him...looking down on us he knows now. Rest In Peace pal...we miss you so much.
