10yrs ago, Mikey was on Connor's first hockey team - Mite House at Arctic. The McGrath's were one of the first hockey families we ever met. Mikey and Connor went on to spent time together at the Vikings and Fury. Throughout the years, Mikey was always a kind, polite, and happy kid. And one heck of a hockey player! We will miss him dearly. Don, Katie, Donny, Matt and Ella - our thoughts and prayers will be with you always.

I met him when he was a freshman in high school and I remember him telling me how cool it was for a girl to like hockey as much as I do. He was the one to help me push all of those people away who were making fun of me for it. He will forever be remembered. God Bless your family and friends

To The McGrath Family,
I played against Mikey for years. He was a great, tough player. Whether it was a league game or at a camp, no matter what, he always took the extra time to say good game. Going to miss you on the ice
