PATRICIA BUELL KEIM

Patricia "Pat" Buell Keim, age 80, 25 plus year resident of Glen Ellyn. Beloved wife for 49 years of the late Robert W.; loving mother of Jennifer Wallace, Lisa (Jon) Paul, Robert Jr. and Joseph (Debby); dear grandmother of Brian and Daniel Wallace, Sara (Willie) Handy, Matthew Finnestead, Scott and Alison Keim and great-grandmother of Jordyn Handy; devoted daughter of the late Joseph R. and Aurelia Buell; fond sister of and preceded by her siblings, Joseph Buell Jr., Jean Paulsen and Nancy Joyce; aunt of many nieces and nephews. Patricia received an AA degree from Sullins Junior College in Bristol, VA and received a BS in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin. Upon graduation, she worked as Assistant Media Director for Glenn Jordan Stoetzel, Inc. in Chicago. While raising her family, she served in leadership positions with many volunteer organizations, including the American Cancer Society and the Junior League of Westchester County in New York. There will be a gathering Monday, 9:30 a.m. until time of 11 a.m. funeral Mass at St. Petronille Catholic Church, 420 Glenwood Ave., Glen Ellyn. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the National Kidney Foundation, 215 W. Illinois Street, #1C, Chicago, IL 60654-7163 appreciated.
