Patricia Mikes Obituary
Patricia A. Mikes, 65, of Elgin, IL, formerly of Wood Dale, IL, passed away March 3, 2009. Loving daughter of the late Ignatius and Sophie, nee Pawlowski, Chrusciel; beloved mother to Kenneth (Tracy), Kevin (Charlotte), Brian (Elizabeth) and David
(Olivia) Mikes; fond grandmother to Ryan, Brandon, Caitlyn and Caroline; dear sister to Leonard (Cher) Chrusciel. Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 11 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 5352 W. Belden Ave., Chicago, IL 60639. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in River Grove, IL. Visitation will be on Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Laird Funeral Home, 120 S. Third St., West Dundee, IL 60118, 847-836-8770 . Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association or a charity of one's choice.

Pat Mikes helped bring 4 wonderful sons into the world. We miss seeing them.
We loved Jimmy and miss his "love of the game"-he just could not get the jist of beating me in jarts!
Pat was a very detailed and loveable person with whom we enjoyed many, many laughs and good times especially in their home as we were raising our children. Though our times are different, PAT & jIMMY WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR FONDEST MEMORIES. We offer The Holy Sacrifice of the MASS for each of them always. RIP.
