Meeting Phil changed my life forever. It's that simple. In life and now in heaven, he knows that we are two of his biggest fans. And, he was the loudest applause in both of our lives at certain moments. His kind heart and gentle spirit lives on his children. Our deepest condolences to Ann, Krystal, John and his entire family. Mike and I will both miss you dearly.

Integrity and respect for others. Phil was always open to other ideas and I was a better person for working along side of him. He expected more and challenged the norms. His spirit will be missed

Philip LaBelle, from the first time I met him, he was a familiar and kind hearted. With endless patients and a gentle demeanor you knew he knew how to enjoy life and seemed to have a knack for keeping it all in balance. I worked for him for a short time and I grew through his mentoring and insight. I am sorry he has passed, and I am a better man for have knowing him. My condolences to all those who's life he touched.

Phil is a great man. He has the highest level of integrity, the strongest sense of ethics, and a kind heart. Even in his last days, he continually reminded us about the importance of being fair and honest - and keeping your priorities in line.
He also is a person who liked to try new things - and I'm pleased that even I had the chance to show him something new, and introduce a new favorite wine to his own extensive list of favorites.
I will also treasure the "innovative" way that he went about trying to find little old me the perfect gift to celebrate a milestone. He went above and beyond to create something extra special - not just for me, but for everyone he met.
I shall remember you often, and toast your legacy with each glass. Here's to you Phil ... thank you for touching my life.
My deepest condolences to Ann and his children. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help, anytime.
