Ratomir "Rudy" Markovic, age 80, passed away Wednesday evening, January 5, 2022 in Niles, IL. Born September 28, 1941 in Bublica, Serbia to the late Milentije and the late Bosiljka, he was the beloved husband of Mary; loving father of Sasa, Alexander (Cristina) and Stefani; cherished grandfather of Ixchel Jana Markovic-Ocon; dear brother of the late Dusanka and the late Dragica (Bogosav); fond uncle of Bratislav (Marina), great-uncle of Davor (Brianna) and Jovana Pavlovic and cousin to Ljiljana Djukic and her family, Ivana and Nemanja Djukic. Ratomir was a long-time member of Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Cathedral. He will be missed dearly.
