Our sincere sympathy to Ellen and the rest of Dick´s family. We were saddened to learn of Dick´s passing after his long battle with illness. I recall his engaging smile and sense of humor, and I learned much from him while we worked on trademark and trade secret litigation together. Barbara and I will remember him in our prayers.

I was so sorry to read of Dickie´s passing. I immediately thought of my brother, John and the friendship he had with Dick and the good times they had. Two wonderful men who are and will be missed by all. I extend my thoughts and prayers to you all. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Fondly, Jean Coleman
