Dear Carol and Family;
We were so sorry to hear of the passing of Dick. We enjoyed spending time with Dick and Carol at the various Eye Study Club meetings and functions over the years- and learning about what was going on in Ophthalmology at one of my Alma Maters- Northwestern University. He will be missed.
