Robert A. Schlikas, age 66, of Roselle, loving father of Dana (Michael) Buttacavoli and Cari (Don) Koss; dear grandfather of Ava, Lydia and Jimmy; fond brother of the late Richard (Sally); and caring uncle of the late Glenn; beloved son of the late Albert and Albina, nee Mazeika. Visitation Friday, 9 a.m. until time of prayers 11 a.m., at Countryside Funeral Home, 333 S. Roselle Rd., Roselle, followed by Mass 11:30 a.m. at St. Walter Church. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Information: 630-529-5751.

My deepest sympathy to the famaily.I met Bob when I first moved in and we got together to play trivial pursuit,boy that was in the early 80s. I have been the President of the trails for many years and met and talked to Bob over the years and will miss the mercedes talks.
