Robert J. Wilk

Robert J. ''Bob'' Wilk, age 73, of Streamwood. Beloved husband of Barbara, nee Orednick, whom he married May 2, 1959; loving father of Michael (Kerri) Wilk; dear grandfather of Bradley and Eric Wilk; brother of Judith D. and Rosemary J. Wilk; uncle of Gail Kraska and Sharon (Peter) Colianni; great uncle of Kristen, Alex and Lauren. Robert was born April 3, 1929 in Chicago to the late John and Mabel Wilk. He was a letter carrier for 33 years at the Harwood Heights Post Office before his retirement. He passed away July 16 in Elk Grove Village. Visitation will be at the Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 485 S. Bartlett Rd., Streamwood Friday from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Saturday July 20, 8:45 a.m. to St. John the Evangelist Church, 500 S. Park Blvd., Streamwood. Mass 9:30 a.m. Interment will be in Maryhill Cemetery, Hillside.
