ROSE D. WOZNIAK

Rose D. Wozniak, nee Hengels, 88, Rothschild WI, passed away Monday, November 30, 2009, at Kennedy Park Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Schofield WI. Rose was born April 4, 1921 in Chicago, to Nicholas Joseph and Catharine (Frey) Hengels. She is survived by three sons, Nick (Margaret) Wozniak, Waupaca, Henry Jr. (Fay) Wozniak, Wausau and Frank (Marcia) Wozniak, Phoenix AZ; two daughters Rosalie (Andrew) Jansen, Bolingbrook IL, and Bonnie Wozniak, Athens; one brother, Nicholas Hengels, Poplar Grove, IL; one sister Loretta Janas, Wausau; her grandchildren; and great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Service will be 1:30 p.m. Fri. Dec. 4, 2009 at Peace United Church of Christ, Schofield. Visitation will be 4pm-8pm on Thurs. Dec. 3, 2009 at Hayden-Buettgen Funeral Home, Schofield.
