Russell S. Ragsdell Jr., age 78, of Frankfort for 33 years, formerly of Harvey, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2007. Russell is survived by his loving family, wife Helen, nee Gjerko, Ragsdell; daughters, Sheryl (Raul) Astudillo, Sharon Fricano and Karen (Rick) Fritch; brothers Jerry (Linda) Ragsdell and Charles Ragsdell; six grandchildren Richard, Robert, Nicole, Jason, Tonya and Russell; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Russell was born November 7, 1928 in Stanford, Arkansas, he was the founder of Condata in South Holland. Preceded in death by his parents Russell Sherman and Hazel, nee Gramling, Ragsdell Sr.; brother Robert Ragsdell and sister Mabel Lois Ragsdell. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way (corner of La Grange Rd., south Lincoln Hwy.), Frankfort, IL 60423 on Monday, September 24, 2007 from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral service Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
