Hey Mom,
kind of crazy how life happens here.....I've been taking care of a senior lady
and she reminds me so much of you. She wears her hair the same , and its white , like you always wanted your hair. her favorite color is blue, she has diabetes and loves her treats too! and yes, when I'm there we share a treat! She even crochets and collects angels!! We talk a lot when I'm there with her, and I tell her about you all the time and how she reminds me of you. I know we were brought together for a reason......thanks for spending more time with me! I love you and miss you like crazy Mom...

Mom,
a year ago you went to Heaven....I'm sad that you're not here with us but I know you're there with Dad and your friends and family.
I wish I had more time with you , we were getting there..we were on our way! The only thing that comforts me is knowing that you are free of pain. No lupus, no diabetes, nothing....
I think of you always and will always love you and have you in my heart.

Tomorrow marks a year you joined dad and he welcomed you with open arms and the biggest hug you ever had. I miss you every day mommy. I really wish there was a way to bring you and dad back. We all need you both, I know you know that. I just wish I could have one more lunch or hug even to come and fill your pills for you.
