Uncle Buddy was a great man. So kind to all and he and my son had so much fun together in Michigan. I enjoyed our talks on the phone in recent years and he always remembered my birthday, surprising me with a wonderful phone call. He will be missed! Love, Anne and JJ.

I always called him Uncle Buddy.
I looked up to Uncle Buddy, who encouraged me in my tennis.
I remember spending many fun filled family holidays with Uncle Buddy,as well as the weekend at his lake house. I cherish the memories.
I'll never forget his Chevy Corvair!!
I remember working with my dad at Stanley Knight as a boy, stuffing brochures into envelopes and licking each one..ugg. Uncle Buddy would come by my work area and tell me what a fine job I was doing, putting a better taste in my mouth about the job I was doing. He always made me feel so important.
I recently purchased one of those brochures I stuffed as a boy, off of e-bay, and gave it to my dad for his 90 birthday. Dad got the biggest joy after seeing it. He photo copied it and sent it to Uncle Buddy, who loved it.
I visited many times with Uncle Buddy over the past year about the Bob Cat Stanley Knight Soda fountain I bought. I think of him, every time I look at it in my breakfast nook.
I am very happy that my mom gave me her maiden name KNIGHT as my middle name.
I blessed my son Mason with KNIGHT as his middle name too.
I have spent a lot of my time with my mom, since my father's passing. Uncle Buddy and my mom talked ALL the time on the phone. They were there for each other, during those lonely hours. I know how much she will miss his voice.
Uncle Buddy had a heart for the Lord, and I will miss him so much.
When my dad passed, I set up a phone line for people to call in a leave a story about my dad. Uncle Buddy took a great deal of time, recording a message to my dad. He told the story how my dad fit into his life and how proud he was of my father. I continue to play and listen that message. Uncle Buddy knew how much I needed to hear that message about my father.
Can't wait to see in in heaven, Uncle Buddy!!!
You Will Be Missed Here On Earth.
God Bless

My last goodbye to my brother Bud who played a major role in my life. A protective, caring and loving brother whom I shall miss more than words can express. Happy memories from his kid sister, Betty

A good long life led, active and independent to the end....God bless you grandpa now and always. Thanks for helping me learn how to waterski and bringing the cottage into all of our lives. May the sun shine on you forever.

Keep hitting those tennis balls up there in the Kingdom. You certainly have a wonderful son and daughter-in-law with Jerry and Vickie.
