Years have passed, and still there are tears. Not one day goes by that I don't think of you Stephen. You are forever in my heart. MISSING YOU!

This one's for you Stephen
So long, it was so long ago,
But I've still got the blues for you.

In memory of Stephen, on the eve before the Yahrzeit (Hebrew date) of the anniversary of my love's day of death - as a reminder of his place in my heart I light this candle.
At this moment, I pause for thought in memory of my beloved husband Stephen. I give thanks for the blessing of his life, companionship, and of memory. May his soul be given life everlasting, and may his memory be a source of blessing to those who knew and loved him.

Ner Adonai nishmat adam. The human soul is the lamp of God. We light this candle in remembrance of you, Stephen, and we give thanks for knowing you. We light this candle and welcome your presence, on this your first yahrzeit, Stephen, even as we deeply feel your absence. We light this candle to honor your memory. May your memory be a source of comfort, blessing, and light. ❤

My condolences to friends and family of Stephen. Although he was my co-worker for only a short time, it was easy to see he was dedicated to whatever he put his mind too.
