Dear Robert and Linda:

We were so very sorry to learn of the passing of Sylvia. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the entire Shaffer family on your loss. Jim and I both so enjoyed the time we spent talking with her at Liliana's 1st birthday party and the impression she left on us. Joining you in spirit today to say goodbye to a lovely lady.
