Steph:
I ran into Bill Crowley this afternoon who told me about Tom's passing. My sympathies to you and your family. As you know, Tom and I became fast friends when we met in first grade at SFX and I have many fond memories playing football and basketball with him and the neighborhood gang at his house on Chestnut Avenue. I will keep Tom and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
Best Regards,
Tom Dorsey

Our family just learned of Tom's passing. He was a good friend to our dad and family. We are guessing that there is quite a golf game starting up now in heaven.

Stephanie I just learned of Tom's passing and simply wanted to add my condolences. I ran in to Tom last summer at Wilmette Golf and had a nice visit. It had been many years since I had seen him and he was his usual friendly self. I guess SFX binds us all.
Again my sincerest sympathies to you and the whole family. Bill Smith

Dearest Steffi,
How sad I was to hear of Tom's passing.......What a void for you and your children and grandchildren...God is with you and will never forget the wonderful man Tom was on earth and still is .. He just "moved " into a "new" neighborhood...aka "God's neighborhood"...I'm sure when he is laid to rest tomorrow his "moving day".he will be so excited to "see" all those that went before him....He in his mercedes roadster...with the license plate "TPH" and a #...Always reminded me of my favorite movie "Two for the Road" Albert Finney & Audrey Hepburn..Now his "Two for the Road" is with God...Don't EVER forget Tom IS STILL with you all...can't see him...talk to him...give him a hug and kiss...But he is and will always be with you,
Much love and prayers

Such a thoughtful and great man. Tom worked tirelessly to make sure everybody had a great time at every event. Nothing like hearing him call you up for a bottle of booze after a terrible round. He was the face and smile, heart and soul of the men's club. I'm sure he's organizing a Golf 24 in heaven right now.
All our thoughts and prayers are with the Healy family.
