Thomas Morley

Passed away on August 15, 2017 in Naples, Florida at the age of 69. Tom was born in San Diego, California, but grew up in Kenilworth, Illinois. He was the first son of Dr. Buel and Dorothy Jeanne Morley and a graduate of Sears School, Culver Military Academy, and The University of Arizona. He resided in Naples for ten years in order to help take care of his parents, while he continued his 35+ year career as an executive recruiter in the financial industry. Thankfully, Tom did live to see his Cubbies win the World Series. He will be remembered for his booming laugh, witty sense of humor (heavily dosed with self-deprecation), his love and dedication to friends and family (never missed a birthday), and his damn good looks and charm (his words). Tom, aka "T. Wonderful," was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his three siblings: Susan Whipple (Larry), Bill (Arlene), and Richard (Mary Jane); his seven nieces and nephews: Michael, Benjamin Whipple (Kristy), Mary Kathryn, Lauren Morley Hutto (Glenn), Thomas, Matthew Whipple (Bethany), and Dorothy Anne Morley; his three great nephews: Grant and Carter Whipple (Benjamin) and Emmett Whipple (Matthew); and many cherished cousins on both the Miller and Morley sides of the family. The memorial service is scheduled for September 30, 2017, at The Church of the Holy Comforter located at 222 Kenilworth Avenue, Kenilworth, IL 60043 at 11am.
