I couldn't even guess what decade that timeless photo of Tom O'Brien was taken, but it's the Tom I'll remember -- devoted husband to Kathleen; a young, energetic father and his childrens' biggest supporter; and proud grandfather in more recent years. And I'll remember most of all the storyteller extraordinaire, including one story that never grew old -- Tom's recollection of his St. George Dragons' team, who won the 1953 Chicago City Football Championship.  A story for the ages, after hearing Tom tell it!  Listening to Tom's description of the game years later, I could almost imagine myself in Soldier Field that day, watching St. George trounce the powerhouse Austin High School team! May the road rise up to meet you,'ll be missed!
