William H. Hensel, age 86, beloved husband of the late Rosemarie N., nee Faticante; devoted father of LeRoy (Terry) Schmidt, Scott (Cheryl) Schmidt, Anthony (Kimberlee) Hensel and the late William D. Hensel; loving grandfather of Michael, Kelly, Jennifer, Jessica, Angela, Eric, Danielle, Laura and Marc; great-grandfather of 11; dear brother of Ruth Hensel, Esther Hensel and the late Elizabeth Hensel. Visitation at the Schmaedeke Funeral Home, 14205 Union Ave. (1 blk. N. of 143rd St. and SW Hwy.) Orland Park, Monday from 3 to 8 p.m. Lying in State at the Amazing Love Lutheran Church, 21301 Pfeiffer Rd. Frankfort, IL Tuesday, Aug. 21 from 10 a.m. to the time of service at 11 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Amazing Love Lutheran Church appreciated. 708-349-0111.
