Born March 17, 1923.
On January 5, 2021, the world lost a great man. Bill grew up in the Great Depression.
He fought in WWII as an infantryman in the 914 Field Artillery Battalion. Educated at Oregon State University, he went on to become a successful businessman. He rose through the ranks at the Union Oil Company, now Chevron Corporation, to become the Vice President of Sales. He was a devoted husband to the love of his life, Dorothy (1923-2009) for 62 years. He was a great father to his two sons, David (Tenia) and Mark (Eva). He was also a loving grandfather to April, William III (Jordin), Phillip and Owen. And, he was a proud great-grandfather to London, Ava, Olivia and Stella.
He is now at peace with God in heaven.
