William Wisbrod Obituary


William "Bill" Wisbrod, beloved husband and best friend for 62 years of Charlene, nee Goldman; devoted father of Alyn (Jay) Siegall, Michael (Claudia) Wisbrod; loving PaPa of Bari (Eric) Bagby, Chad (Kari) Siegall, Hadyn Wisbrod, Brett (Rachael) Siegall and Jared Wisbrod; very special great-grandfather "PaPa Bill" of Kara and Lauren Bagby and Tanner Siegall. William served in WW II as a B24 Navigator ,completing over 50 missions, with the 450th Cottontales Group. William was well known for his various businesses and hobbies. Ranging from successful entreprenuer to race horse owner. He was a true gentleman and described as the very best of the greatest generation. He will be missed by everyone he touched. Funeral service will be Shalom

Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Rd., (at Rt. 53) Arlington Heights, Monday, Aug. 20, at 12:30 p.m. Family will be taking condolence calls immediately following service, and Tuesday evening at 700 LaPorte, Wilmette.
