Winifred Daisy "Winnie" Esralew, nee Greenberg, age 95, of Buffalo Grove, formerly of Skokie; beloved wife for 58 years of the late Bernard Esralew; loving mother of Howard (Marcia) Esralew, Helene Weber, Vicki (Robert) Aren, and the late Lori (Bruce) Brandel; adored grandma of Todd (Michele), Peter, Jennifer (Aaron), Rachel (Charles), Adam, Tyler (Sydney), Jackson, Robin, and Reed; proud GG of Mila, Rowan, Sadie, Cora, Penny, Tallulah, and Juniper; devoted daughter of the late Herman and the late Elka Greenberg; cherished sister of the late Corinne (late Jerry) Rosen; dear sister-in-law of the late Harold (Patricia) Esralew and the late Dorothy Kiel Lyon; treasured aunt and friend to many. Winnie filled her long, happy life as the anchor of her loving family, with deep friendships, volunteer and charity work, and hobbies like mahjong, bowling, and golf. She loved well and was well-loved. Service Friday, 12 Noon CT at The Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove (1 Blk N. of Lake Cook Rd.). Howard, so sorry to hear about your mom. I remember your mom, hosting my mom, & I would come with so You & I could spend time getting into "trouble". She was a sweet lady. May her memory be a blessing for you & your family. Arnie

I´m very sorry to learn about your Mom´s passing. She was a good person who made our neighborhood a better place as we all grew up! Rest In Peace!
