FRANKIE GINN Frankie DeMona Ginn was born November 10, 1920 in Rifle, CO and died peacefully in her sleep March 13, 2016 in Sacramento, CA. In Rifle, Frankie was married to Henry "Hank" Fech for 32 years and had one daughter, Kim Madru who lives in CA. Frankie lived in Rifle for 29 years and worked as a midwife for five years and then moved to Grand Junction, CO. After Hank died she worked for one year in a computer factory but found the work to be boring. She then became a medical assistant for a doctor in a private office for seven years which she enjoyed very much. Frankie was then married to Bob Ginn for 27 years. Bob had three children: Mickey (Mary) in CO, Ken (Marlene) in IL, Linda in OK, and five grandchildren. Frankie is also survived by many nieces and nephews: Tracy and Steven Fravel in OR; Kelly Fravel in CO; Ricky and Raymond Coursey in OR; Kathy Upton in CA; Susie Kish in WA; and Jimmy and Eddie Hildenbrand in OR : as well as friends in Hawaii, CO, CA, and OR. Frankie was a fabulous cook, beautiful seam-stress, talented oil painting artist, loved her dogs and cats, enjoyed traveling, concerts, musi-cals, and being on many church committees. She grew beautiful roses and peonies and was an avid reader. In lieu of flowers make donations to the Chico Salvation Army. A viewing will be held Saturday, March 26 at the Evangelical Free Church of Chico, 1193 Filbert Avenue in the fellowship hall from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The service will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. followed by a luncheon.
