Kristy Jeter Obituary
73, of Pueblo, Colo., passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 28, 2021. Survived by her longtime companion, Thomas Makovsky; and her beloved pets, her black lab, Crystel, and her cat, Afula. Kris was born on Nov. 23, 1947, in Dallas, Texas. She received her doctorate degree and was a professor at numerous universities and colleges, including Delaware University. She taught in North Carolina and Georgetown, as well as teaching English to Russians in Moscow. Member of the United Hebrew Center, Pueblo Genealogy Society and the South Western Colorado Genealogy Society. Graveside service was held Sunday, May 30, 2021, at B'nai Jacob Cemetery.
