FRANKFORT: The world lost a beautiful soul today. She was so caring. She went out of her way every day to help others. There will be many people lost without her kind hands and silly stories.
Carol Harvey, 49, of Frankfort, passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 14, 2017 at her home. She was born on August 11, 1967 to Dixie and Jim Harvey.
Surviving are her mothers, Dixie Harvey and Susan Smith, brothers, James Harvey, Everett Harvey, Thomas (Alice) Smith, Willie (Stacie) Smith, Shane (Jamie) Smith, sisters, Theresa Smith and Shannon Smith and a special aunt, Robin Corey. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. Carol was preceded in death by her fathers, Jim Harvey and Tom Smith.
Carol was a 1986 graduate of Adena High School.
In keeping with Carol's wishes, cremation has taken place and services will be held later at the convenience of the family. The EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort, is serving the family. Those wishing to sign Carol's online register book may do so at www.ebrightfuneralhome.com.

Rest in Peace Carol. You will be missed by so many. You were always willing to help anyone in-need. You had a beautiful smile and a corny personality. I have missed spending time with you over the past 22 month since I moved away. I pray that the Lord has taken you into his Heavenly Kingdom for eternal peace. The seizures have ended. Your suffering has ended. Fly high my old friend.
