Jonathan Pettit Obituary
CHILLICOTHE: Jonathan L. Pettit, 24, of Chillicothe, went home to be with the Lord 5:55 a.m. Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born June 10, 1989, in Chillicothe, to Kelvin and Lisa Lykins Pettit.
Surviving are his mother, Lisa Parker, of IN; sisters, Janell Mares, Jessica Weaver, and Josie Pettit, all of IN, and Julie Pettit, of Beaver; a brother, Jason Lykins, of FL; a special cousin, Tim Pettit and his wife, Greta, who was a very special friend, as well as their children, Brooklynn, Dalton, and Tristen Pettit, with whom Jonathan made his home; and also a cousin, Bossy Pettit, of Londonderry; and an aunt, Faye Pettit, of Washington C.H.
He was predeceased by his father, Kelvin Pettit.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2013, in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Dane Knapp officiating. Burial will follow in Pennisten Cemetery. Friends may call at Wares from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests, memorial contributions may be made to the Ware Funeral Home, 121 W. 2nd St., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
