I'm the granddaughter of George and Helen Lavender, Phyllis's longtime friends. I wasn't able to make the calling hours or the funeral today, but wanted to let you know I am thinking of all Phyllis's family and friends.
My prayer for each of you:
For those who suffer, and those who cry this night, give them repose, Lord; and pause in their burdens. Let there be minutes where they experience peace, not of man but of angels. Love them Lord, when others cannot. Hold them, Lord, when we fail with human arms. Hear their prayers.
May God comfort you.

Phyllis and her family were dear friends when we all attended High St Church back in the day. Praying that God will grant you His peace that passes all understanding and comfort during this most difficult time

We know Phyllis is no longer suffering but we are so sad that in this life we will not get to hug her again. BUT, we will spend eternity with her where she will be free from all pain!!!!! What a precious gem she was!! So very sad for the precious family that will always mourn her loss. God bless all of you.

I grew up at High Street with Debbie, Sharon and Henry. There was NEVER a dull moment when this lady was around especially if the Watson's were mixed in. What a joy and a strong role model she was for all of us! I'm so sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers. To Phyllis, we'll see you soon. In Christ, Pam (Wilkey) Adams.
