Arlene G. Brovold, 101, of Chippewa Falls, died peacefully at home under the care of Heartland Hospice on Friday, December 20, 2024.
On December 18, 1923, Arlene was born to Rene & Yvonne (Brazeau) Sarazin in Quebec, Canada. She was united in marriage to James E. Brovold in December of 1941.
Arlene is survived by her 2 children, 18 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and 30 great- great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, James, and 4 children.
The Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 810 Pearl Street, Chippewa Falls, with a visitation one hour prior to the Mass at Church. Msgr. Michael Gorman will be officiating. The interment will be set at a later date at Calvary Cemetery, Chippewa Falls.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
