Melissa Faith Buckli

MelisSa Faith Buckli, 62, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Mayo Hospital in Eau Claire WI.

Melissa was born on June 10,1958, to Duke and Cam Miller in St. Louis, MO. She graduated from Chippewa Falls Senior High School in 1976. Melissa was diagnosed with Lupus when she was a teenager and battled it her entire life. Her sister Sherre gave her a kidney when it was needed. Melissa enjoyed life to the fullest but simply could not fight it any longer.

Melissa married Tony Buckli in 1977 and the two were divorced in 2011. They had one child Amanda. Melissa was loved by everyone she met. She had very special friends that she has known most of her life that were with her until the end. The Wilhelm family will always be an extension of our family.

Melissa is survived by her mother Cam Miller of Edina MN; her daughter Amanda (Josh) Arebalo of San Fancisco CA; sisters: Michele (Darren) Smallwood of Orlando FL and Sherre (Jim) Roberts of Edina MN; brother Sheldon Miller and his wife Sandy (Simmons) of Chippewa Falls WI; neices: Tara Miller of Littleton CO, Allie Smallwood of Orlando FL and Callie Roberts of Edina MN; nephews: Jesse Miller and his wife Brooke (Malnory) and their son Ashton of Littleton CO, Anthony Roberts and his wife Megan (McNamara) and their daughter Georgie of Edina MN; and Phil Roberts of Edina MN.

My first memory was going to see Diana Ross downtown St Petersburg. She was my office Manager at Pasco Dental. I just loved her laugh she was one of those friends who you probably all have in life where you find them pick up right where you left off talking laughing and just breaks your heart not to have seen them one more time.
