Patsy Anderson Obituary

"Stone Serif" size="2">Patsy Carolyn Anderson, age 77, of Wilson,

died Friday, May 22, 2009, at the Baldwin Area Medical

Center.

"Stone Serif" size="2">Patsy was born March 20, 1932, the daughter

of Bert and Leona (Estlack) Rice in Wilson. She attended Glenwood

City High School where she graduated from in 1949. She married

Spencer Anderson on Aug. 30, 1958, at St. John's Lutheran Church in

Spring Valley. In 1970, she joined the Wilson Lutheran Church where

she remained a member until she died.

"Stone Serif" size="2">Patsy was a member of the Wilson Legion

Auxiliary and Wilson Homemakers. She loved to go camping, make

crafts, and play card games and bingo. Her pride and joy in life

were her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed

spending time with all her family and friends.

"Stone Serif" size="2">Preceding her in death were her parents; her

husband, Spencer; her two brothers, Richard and Gene; and other

in-laws.

"Stone Serif" size="2">She is survived by two brothers and two

sisters, Gale (Pike) Mead of Cole Camp, Mo., Gloria Frank of

Santee, Calif., Bonnie (Rodney) Rognholt of Camp Verdes, Ariz., and

William (Carol) Rice of Ham Lake, Minn.; three children, Bradley

(Pam) Anderson of Wisconsin Rapids, Jacquelyn (Michael) Freeman of

Baldwin, and Carolyn (Dean Sanderson) Anderson of Menomonie;

special friend, Ed Stack of Wilson; four grandchildren; five

great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

"Stone Serif" size="2">Funeral services were Wednesday, May 27,

2009 at 11 a.m. at the Wilson Lutheran Church with Rev. Doulgas

Brandt officiating. Visitation was from 4 until 8 p.m. and at

church one hour prior to the service. Organist was Mary Brandt and

vocalist was Joe Menter. Burial was in Wilson Lutheran Cemetery,

Wilson.

"Stone Serif" size="2">Pallbearers were Charles Rice, Mitchell

Rognholt, David Stack, Dean Stack, Greg Anderson and Scott

Rice.

"Stone Serif" size="2">Keehr Funeral Home, Spring Valley, handled

arrangements.
