Send FlowersJameson Korbin Matthew Nealis, affectionately known as Baby J and J-Mo, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2025, at the tender age of 47 days, leaving behind a profound impact on all who knew him. Jameson's journey began on October 13, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was welcomed into a world that he filled with joy and brave smiles, fighting hard through every challenge that came his way.
Despite the many medical hurdles he faced, Jameson's rare ability to emit warmth and light shone brightly. His joyful spirit endeared him to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, who adored him. He was a fighter from the start, rarely fussy – his sweet disposition offering comfort even in the face of adversity. His beloved parents, Tessa Leigh Miller and Zackary Roger Nealis, moved their world to Cincinnati to ensure their precious boy had the best opportunities in life, illustrating the depth of love they had for him.
Proudly defying expectations, Jameson demonstrated strength that left many in awe – those who thought he might not thrive beyond ten days instead witnessed a miracle. A beloved son, he will be cherished not only by his parents but also by his siblings: Tristan, Jaxon, Chastin, and Lukas Nealis. He is also lovingly remembered by his maternal grandparents, Marva Miller and Rick (Peggy Crotts) Miller, and paternal grandparents, Glenn and Wendy Nealis, Jr.
Jameson was welcomed into the arms of many deceased family members, including brothers, Kaelib Miller and baby Zackary Nealis, who will forever hold him dear in their hearts.
Though his time with us was fleeting, the love bestowed upon him by many friends and family members creates a legacy of warmth and tenderness that will endure. Jameson's fight and his gentle spirit remind us of the power of love and hope in even the darkest of times. As we come together to honor his life, we carry his memory in our hearts – a reminder of the beauty woven into the fabric of life by a small boy who showed us the meaning of resilience and love.
