John David Hughes, Sr., 81, of Marion, passed away at 7:37 am on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Miller's Merry Manor in Marion. He was born in Converse, Indiana, on Thursday, February 18, 1943, to Orval and Thelma (Hutchens) Hughes.
A Celebration of Life was held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at Sims Wesleyan Church, 309 N. Main St., Sims, IN 46986 with Pastor Brian Williams officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, Rybolt Chapel, 314 N. Washington St., Swayzee, IN.
