Robert William "Bill" Johnson, age 75 of Marion, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022 at Community Hospital in Indianapolis.
Bill was born May 28, 1946 in Marion, Indiana the son of the late Robert O. and Shirley (Crabtree) Johnson. He married Lynn Alice Streib in 1993, and she survives.
Bill was the owner of R.O. Tool & Die, and the Back Alley Bow Hunters. He retired from Yeoman Engineering in Huntington. He also taught Mechanical Engineering at Tucker Career and Technology Center in Marion and was a craftsman of fine furniture.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Alysia (Johnson) Stewart of Jacksonville, Florida; two sons, William Travis (Angela) Johnson of Swayzee, and Chad (Tanya) Miller of Cocoa Beach, Florida; two sisters, Cathy Johnson-Robertson (Dennis) of Marion and Janet Johnson Ng of Texas; and grandchildren, Devin, Owen, Corey, and Adam.
Visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 29, 2022 at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 W. Kem Road, Marion, Indiana. Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Don Miller officiating. Burial will follow funeral services in Estates of Serenity, Marion, Indiana.
