Theresa Morris

Theresa Morris, 76, of Marion, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 24, 2025, at Aperion Care in Marion, Indiana.

She was born on September 10, 1949, to the late John and Margaret (Nelson) Morris. Theresa was a proud graduate of Mississinewa High School, Class of 1967. She went on to attend Indiana Wesleyan University, where she earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees.

A devoted member of First Christian Church, Theresa's faith was an important part of her life. She enjoyed playing games, reading, and spending time on the phone chatting with her many friends.

Theresa is survived by her daughters, Tara Draper, Angie Wayman, Rachel Lawson; son, John Leeroy Draper; 33 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and her beloved dog Teddy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Larry Morris; son, John Draper; and daughter, Laura Draper.

Arrangements for Theresa have been entrusted to the College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 South Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46953. Honoring Theresa's wishes, cremation will take place.
