I worked with Ed to coordinate the delivery of forms for a company named ISI. He was the most dedicated person I ever worked with. He bailed us out whenever we needed an order completed to satisfy customer needs. We felt we were his most important client - every time.

On a personal level, he'd always spend time keeping up with my family and telling a few tales of his own family. He even got me a copy of a Buffalo Tom album.

I'll miss him, as I'm sure you do. Sorry for your big loss.
