Karla Rubin Obituary
It is with deep sorrow we announce Karla J. Rubin of Inverness, Florida, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023, after an extended illness. She was 68 years old. Born in East Liverpool, OH, she lived in the Inverness area for about 40 years, where she and her husband, Michael, owned and operated "Wingbling", a motorcycle customizing company.
In addition to loving motorcycles she had a special love for animals. She was a kind, precious, compassionate and loving soul to everyone and touched so many lives which has left us all with so many memories, stories of laughter and feelings of great love.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 50 years, Michael Douglas Rubin and family; pets: MiMi, Bonnie, Clyde and Becca and her best friend of 41 years, Terry Lynn Pitts.
Karla is preceded in death by her parents, Karl and Betty Lee (Wilson) Jackson; her sister, Kathy White and brother-in-law, David White.
Visitation for Karla will begin at 12:00 Noon, with the service following at 2:00 PM, on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home at 3075 S. Florida Avenue, Inverness, FL 34450. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Citrus County Humane Society, 751 S. Smith Avenue, Inverness, FL 34450.
She will forever be in our hearts and minds.
