He had a gift for making those around him feel loved and valued, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was the beloved father of Nicole (Erik), Tara, Kyle, Patricia, and Eric; loving grandfather of Louis, Edwin, Alexzandria, Isabella, Damon, Bradley, Christiana, Kaleb, Emma, Christian, Jayden, Jacob, Peyton, and Cameron; son of the late Eugene and Virginia; beloved sibling of Stephen (Barbara), Glenn (Christine), Craig (Jeremy), Leslie (William), Merrill, and Nancy; survived by many nieces, nephews and friends who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

A fitting photo of a great person preparing to do the thing he loved. If you zoom in. You will see Kyle with a salute. We started our voyage together early December of 2012 and let's just say a calm sea never made a good sailor. You are the best. I love you. Wished I held that last hug a lot longer.
