I worked with Dr. Berman at Shand's Children's Hospital. He was beloved by me and other surgeons who trusted his expert care and enjoyed his wonderful sense of humor. A great man and a great professional!

Hi Diane:
I just found out today. I am so sorry. I would have traveled to Phili to pay my respects. Let me know if there is a memorial service in Gainesville. Larry was a great partner and friend when we were in Gainesville. He was a great man, teacher, and physician to children. Jane and I will keep you and the kids in our prayers. Love, Sal
