Worked with Mark when he first started with City of Fort Lauderdale in treatment. Then he went on to be the chemist. He was a good guy and I remember his love of Jethro Tull and Jimmy Buffet

After the privilege of knowing and working with Mark for almost 20 years it was very sad to hear of his passing at such a young age. May the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob receive him in his bosom.
