Robert Aaron Obituary

Robert Aaron, "Chief Peckerhead," 52, of Brooksville, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2011, at Shands Hospital in Gainesville.
He was born May 10, 1958, the son of Monna Aaron and the late William Aaron.
Robert spent the last 24 years actively racing at Citrus County Speedway.
He enjoyed fishing on his off weekends with his close friends and was a dedicated employee for 30 years with Ringpower Equipment.
He is survived by wife, Beverly Aaron, 48, of Brooksville; 2 sons, Dustin Aaron, 30, of Floral City and Derick Aaron, 27, of Dade City; daughter, Becky Aaron, 26, of Brooksville; 2 granddaughters, Alivia and Georgia; 3 brothers, Tommy, T.J. and Mike; and 3 sisters, Margo, Thea and Dana.
The "Robert Aaron" style service will be held at Citrus County Speedway on Sunday, February 13, 2011, at 3 p.m. Please join us for his final lap.

Clearly Robbie was loved by two families, his immediate family and his race family. As his baby sister, I was hobbled by the support and love that surrounded our family as we celebrated Rob's life. We will all miss him so very much.
