He was preceded in death by mother, Mary Ann Hugaes.
Survivors include father, Francis Joseph Steins, wife, Deborah Steins of Beverly Hills, FL, son, Kenneth Steins of Fulton, MO, daughter, Stacey Steins of Summerfield, FL, brother, Jim Steins, 4 sisters, Nancy Johnson, Peggy Whittle, Mary Barr, and Theresa Steins, 3 grandchildren, Destiny Lewis, Don Lewis, and Malik Mullins.
